Every step supports a child.
A community 5K in Ogden raising funds for youth soccer equipment in the Kalinago Territory of Dominica. Run. Walk. Show up.
First 50 runners receive an event shirt.
In the Kalinago Territory of Dominica — one of the Caribbean’s most remote indigenous communities — children love soccer. But many schools lack even the most basic equipment. Without proper jerseys, cleats, or balls, organized sport becomes difficult to sustain.
HavenReach is raising funds to supply multiple schools with complete youth soccer kits. This is not a symbolic gesture. It is a practical, concrete effort to give young athletes what they need to train, compete, and feel supported.
Your registration fee or donation goes directly toward that equipment. No overhead bloat, no vague promise. Real gear. Real kids. Real impact.
Your support helps provide:
Full team colors for each school
Complete kit for every player
Essential protective gear
For kids who need proper footwear
So every team can train and play
Infrastructure for real practice
A community fundraising run. All experience levels welcome — walkers included.
Whether you run or donate — every contribution moves equipment closer to kids in the Kalinago Territory.

Event Sponsors
Interested in sponsoring the Ogden 5K? We’re looking for local businesses and organizations to help make this event happen. Sponsors are recognized at the event, on this page, and in our post-trip report.
The HavenReach 5K is a community run — built by local runners, families, and neighbors who believe that small, committed acts add up to real change.
Bring a friend. Walk with a neighbor. Cheer someone on. The more of us who show up, the more equipment reaches kids in the Kalinago Territory.
